We are Carolyn and Mike Marischler — the husband-and-wife team behind M Group Real Estate. We’re based in Overland Park, KS, call Lee’s Summit, MO home, and have spent 8+ years serving clients across the entire Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line. We’re not just licensed in KS and MO — we actually live this market.

Real estate is a family business for us in every sense. We have five children, eight grandchildren, and three dogs (Mazie, Theo, and Zivah) — and that same spirit of family, loyalty, and showing up for each other is exactly how we run our team and serve our clients.

Carolyn leads M Group day to day, bringing strategic direction and a hands-on approach to every transaction. Mike works behind the scenes — managing operations and marketing so that every detail is handled and nothing falls through the cracks. Together, we’ve built a team of dedicated agents who share our belief that exceptional service should be standard at every price point.
